that would be a good fight because neither have "powers" the punisher is more brutal. but Batman could out ninja the Punisher. also who starts the fight. punisher starts the fight its over, punisher wins without batman knowing what hit him. batman howeveer starts the fight, delivers a oneliner vanishes into the shadows for a bit while mocking him. then bam! gameover for the punisher.
