Q: What's a good job for a shy, non-materialistic guy?

I'm looking for a job that makes me happy, is social and is beneficial to other people in a meaningful way.

That's something I have asked myself a lot, still wondering some...
For myself, since I'm so non-materialistic I don't like money... http://peacepilgrim.org/
For those willing to accept pay, (I'm not especially except when it would upset the offerer not to), a teacher is good, or doctor, nutritionalist/lifestyle consultant. Peace Corps., tutor, civil servant, home-care provider., nurse, relief organizations, Salvation Army ect.
