Good idea but I think the big issue would be over people stealing the ideas... I think you would need some kind of disclaimer saying that if you find an idea on your site, members can comment on it but not use the idea directly. And the pages would have to be password protected...
Otherwise I don't think you'll get many users because getting the idea is half the battle.

I have a few buisness ideas, but I would NEVER publish them, why? Simply beacuse people will steal the good ideas that has not been put into action by anyone yet, and that would suck. I have a killer-idea of a product, fairly easy to create, and everyone would like to have one. But i wount put it out there...
Although, when im thinking for this a bit, I have other ideas for products that i know i wount be able to put in to action any time in my life, that i still enjoy thinking about soo... Maybe it's a good idea after all...

There are too many ideas for any one person to do in my head. Many times I wish someone else would take the ball and run with it. Also, I too see many businesses that could improve. Most successful businesses don't do what they started out to do anyway, instead they listen to their customers and do what the customer wants instead.
