I have seen pictures of the V3x and V3i and I have seen people with them but when will they hit that market for Cingular?

I wouldn't wait for Cingular to release it, just buy it on eBay or from a local shop that sells GSM phones. I've got a v3i and I'm loving it. If you wait for the carrier it will be branded with their logos, and it will be locked. You can probably pick one up cheaper right now and start enjoying it right away! I recommend the iTunes model, the iTunes sofware interface is far superior to the Motorola Digital Audio Player. That's another reason to buy an unlocked model - Canada and the US won't be getting the iTunes v3i due to Motorola's licensing agreement with Apple, so if you want one you've got to import it.
