Check your activity and diet. If you're consuming too much sugar/alcohol/high gi foods then you will end up with diabetes (problems with liver, vision, circulation). If you're consuming too much fats then circulation issues, heart problems, erectile dysfunction etc etc. Or not. Don't worry, just take care.

If you are ok, and comfortable with the weight. Then don't worry about it. However, if you are affected by the increased mass, then you need to do something about it. It is your life to live as you may. Just do your best, despite all that life throws at you, and you will just fine.

Where are you getting this info?

If you're taking this information from a BMI chart, you shouldn't believe anything. The chart is actually grossly out of date and isn't really accurate for anything. If you feel great (have energy and strenght) and your clothes fit great, you have nothing to worry about. If you want to lose weight, eat healthier, smaller meals throughout the day. Don't remove meals as that is less beneficial because when you do eat, you'll eat a lot. By eating small meals you will keep your metabolism going at a steady rate. Also exercise as much as you can, whether it's actually running and biking or even just a walk. Any exercise is better than no exercise.

Check out this site: http://www.johnstonefitness.com - this guy is amazing, he's gone from being completely fat and out of shape to a super-fit guy in less than 3 years. He took daily pictures of himself for the first year, and you can see his complete transformation. Also, there's a very active forum on that site, so if you're really interested in becoming fit, check him out.
