I want to program a game in either Visual Studio 2005 or another relatively easy use programming environment. I have experience with C , C# and a few irrelevant web languages.

There was a toy in the 80's with cars. There was a good side (white) and a bad side (black). Underneath the cars were a place to put caps (those things that pop), and when you crash the cars together they would pop.
There was also a "base" for each side that you could launch the cars from.
