Q: shaking and twitching

My hands shake. It's chronic. And sometimes a random lone muscle contracts and twitches by itself. It started several years ago. I'm twenty. No, I'm not drunk, drugged or whatever. I havent been beating orphans or kicking puppies either. I can't afford a doctor. Whate are the possible causes? How to cure this?

I'm 27 and sometimes I noticed my hands shaking a little bit when I hold them in the air... I'm not sure what's causing it either I think to a degree it could be normal, have you checked any message boards, a lot of time I'll find many other people with the same causes just surfing google for an hour...
