Q: Most significant "geek" events due to come in 2006?

I'm filling out my calendar for this year and I was wondering what the web community at large, especially the "geek" community, would consider some of the biggest or most significant events coming later this year? Maybe X3? E3? Some anime convention? A national holiday? Or something else? I'd be interested in knowing what upcoming events you guys think should be looked forward to or added to a calendar.

I look very much forward to owning a Nintendo Revolution. I would suggest E3 but hardly anyone can get it in unless you seriously know someone in the biz.
I suppose Origami is something to look forward to but I wouldn't know if this is the year to look forward to it.

There is a Mesh Conference in Toronto for Web 2.0 Community... runs May 15-16... I want to go but it's $350 :)
