What is it called when you see the time and our date mean something, i.e. 11:11am or 01:02:03 04/05/06 as jsut occured?

I'm pretty sure it's still called a time or date. I've heard some people say to make a wish when all digits match on a clock but they probably also wish when blowing eyelashes from fingers.
