Instant run-off elections

Instant run-off elections: Select from ALL canitates in order of preference. No more primaries to eliminate canidates, they just have to make it thru the whole campain year... No advertisements, speaches ect., just open debates, every canidate should have full chance to get their voice out, and FULLY contested by ALL others. Contributions must be from citizens and fully documentmented, i.e. public and open financial books on all canidates AND contributers - no self-funding...  Parties should be abolished and the canidates able to stand ON THEIR OWN - no more puppeteering, or petty party bickering and blaming.  That would just be an interim solution...

Above all, education for the whole populace must be for the greastest potential morals and comprehension to be reached according to each persons specific needs. Without that level of education we can NEVER have uncorrupt politics.
