I assume the average IQ of 100 says it all, and to make it worse there's a bell curve spread on either side but surely it doesn't take a genius to figure out Bush is a moron.
Is Bush willfully destructive or just woefully incompetent?

One thing is clear. George Bush is the worst president in the history if the US. What is not so clear is whether this is a result of general misanthropy or of sheer ineptitude.

I have a friend who claims that since she only smokes 3 cigarettes a day, it is not enough to be harmful. Can anyone substantiate this?
