Colt's Foot is sometimes used. The homeopathic kits often have one or more included ingredients for sinus infections. Remember though sinus infections are bacterial, not viral, so diet is often a more effective remedy. Unrefined whole grains eliminate a lot of deficiencies most people today develop which allow weaking mucousal fortitude. Every person's remedy in homeopathy is unique. Depends on you GFs particular cause for diminished immune function -usually dietary, sometimes stress. Don't take anything as gospel, but instead pay close attention to how everything affects you, this is often the better education of remedying personal physical symtoms than someone else's schooling. Most of all be honest in what works for you/your GF - even if it means seeing a practioner, traditional or otherwise.

There is no such thing as an effective homeopathic remedy. Get some of the over the counter stuff at the drug store. They have actual active ingrediants that really work.
Of corse you could always fill a little bottle with some tap water and tell your girlfriend that it will work. That will have exactly the same effect as any homeopathic remedy.
