I am planning on buliding a comptuer for myself. I will be using for mostly games such as the Sims 2 and Oblivion. I know your going to say 'get the highest on the market' trouble is, i'm not made of money. :) What would be logical within a budget of $5,000? I'm talking a new everything. (not inculding keyboard, mouse monitor, speaker. Just the guts of the computer.) Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much!

you could probably buy the best of everything. But since you seem to be looking for specifics, here goes. If it was me, I would get an Athlon FX, probably around a 55 or 57, Abit Socket 939 motherboard wtih Nforce 4 with SLI, 1 GB or more of Corsair Dual Channel PC-3200 ram, 2 Nvidia 7800 based graphics card, 2 Wester Digital Raptor SATA hard drives using RAID, Sound Blaster Audigy sound card, 2 DVD-RW drives, and an Antec power supply pushing in the area of 550-600 watts.
