Well i bought my 19" lcd with dell just go to http://techbargains.com/ search for dell, if there is no deals at the time for lcds wait a couple of days or maybe a week. you should be able to find one sooner or later.
got mine and its backed by warranty so no complains.

I purchased a 19" Samsung from NewEgg for under $300. The quality is excellent. I just got two new ViewSonic 19" lcds at work and the Samsung is noticeably superior in picture quality and color.
