When you hear a MySpace player playing a song, you're hearing it through your soundcard. If you can hear it, you can capture it to a sound file.
If you don't have any recording software, download the free MP3MyMP3 from www.mp3mymp3.com (horrible name for a terrific little app). Load the program, follow their instructions, and set the input to "WhatUHear". The app will record anything you can hear, meaning it will record your MySpace songs.
Once the song is recorded, you can encode it to high-quality mp3 with the same app.
