Q: Looking to redirect a blog on blogger

I have moved my blog from http://siliconglen.blogspot.com/ to http://siliconglen.com/news and want to redirect/delete the old site. How do I do this (sorry if this is a duplicat e posting but the first one just posted a blank line)

1) delete your old blog
2) create a new blog at your old blogspot address
3) add a single post saying blog has moved, please adjust your bookmarks ... include a link
in addition you can add an autoredirect
4) edit template of the new blog at old address to just have the blogger button and a meta redirect like:
