Q: How can I migrate to MD5 user passwords in SuSE?

Apparently there's an 8 character limit by default on SuSE, because of crypt. I'd rather not reinstall the whole OS again. BTW, I'm working with SLES9 (pretty much SuSE 9.3, as far as I can tell).
