Q: automatically minimize aplication when not in focus

Can anyone tell me how to automatically minimize an application in Windows 2000? Specifically for my IM client (AIM). I want to click the desktop and have AIM minimize as soon as it loses focus. I suspect this has to do with the registery, but I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance.

Might require other software

I did some searching and windows is not really able to do this by default. You may require some 3rd party software but all I found were things to add shortcut keys to make specific programs maximize and minimize, nothing automatic.
