Promote a Website on the Cheap

What is the best way to promote my website for the least amount of money? I dont wantto promote it to anyone online or across the country, I just want to promot the site to the surrounding 50 mile radius. The site has to do with Bars, Bands and Live music. So what would be the best way to get the name out for the least amount of money?

I think he's hilarious, especially when you compare his comedy to his full house image. He doesn't seem to have a website or anything. I would love to see him live.
