$200 isn't much for some big big stuff but there's always some stuff to find around. If you want to spend it all in one big purchase, I would suggest a good video card or something I have my eye on is one of those high quality analog capture PCI cards that can turn your computer into a multimedia powerhouse.
If you want to blow the money on many little things, I would suggest things like, oh here's a 1 GB flash memory stick here, a couple spindles of discs, how about some more Miyazaki films, or one of those high quality ultra-sensitive mice that are like 2000 dpi perhaps?

If you want to build credit properly (and quickly), just using a credit card (which I assume you are) won't really work. Granted you will get credit if you spend absurd amounts of money and just make minimum payments but that's how they get you by the short and curleys. A good rule to abide by is to only use the credit card when you have the money to pay for it. I.e. buy product for $X.xx and as soon as you get the bill (or if you do online banking) pay it off completely. That will show the bank that you know how to manage your money and in turn will raise your credit the right way. It will also let you more easily take out larger loans when the time comes (car, house, etc). Don't be a sucker and get owned by the bank because once you're there, it's really hard to get out.
