Q: Indi Video Game Distributors?

I'm working out a business plan for indi style game store. I have been trying to find a good Videogame Distributor. I've been on the videogame yellow pages (http://www.vgyellowpages.com) many of the distributors they list are either closed down or look like they could be closed down soon. (ie: kind of shady)
I would like to find something that allows small sales/small number orders. Trying to stay away from mainstream mass orders of games, keeping it a small Indi style store. also something close to the Northwest to prevent shipping issues.
Any ideas?

Not completely sure that 'distributor' is the title of manifesto games, but they are trying to get indie games to market.
