Your TV must be HD

Definitely got rid of my answer after the "dash" i put in HD. Now your TV must be HD Built In, get a powered antenna thats HD comptible, plug into the back of your TV, (Ant In) if your TV has it, then run a channel scan for digital and analog. Your local channels will be in the form of .1 So local channel 32 will now be 32.1 Some even go up to .2 or .3 (NBC)

Hooking up a HD antenna is the same as a standard antenna. The size & type you need will depend on your location. I use a small indoor unit & get great reception. Of course the first thing you need is a TV with a built in HD tuner or a set top HD tuner.
