Rickard's Red
Submitted By: anon ( 243 days, 11 hours, 3 minutes ago )
It's a good Canadian beer. It's darker and has a full bodied taste. If you can find it in the states (Molson and Coors are one and the same now) giver a try.

Holy-God-Damn-****! I love that stuff!!! Went on vacation to the thousand islands and lived off that stuff. From time to time I check with local distributors in the states and cant find it anywhere. If you know where I can get it -- I'm all for a road trip.

Maybe go on vacation again :-)

Although a bit expensive, which makes it great for special occasions, but it makes it up for in proof. The best part is the kids hate it.

I guess I made myself thirsty for one, I'm going to get one right now!

Why not just have them drink another North American macro beer? Lite even...Corona is a bad choice, and certainly nothing special.

Submitted By: kzeal ( 243 days, 10 hours, 15 minutes ago )
Bold, deep, taste. High Aclohol cotent i think.
Submitted By: innerspace
Chimay Blue is pretty good, but I would also recommend the Chimay White. It is a little easier drinking and goes great with cheese.
Submitted By: bassman
I'm a fan of the blue as well. More so than the Red or White. I tried the Chimay Bier cheese once, but it smelled like feet and I couldn't hang with it.

Keith's
Submitted By: Schaus ( 243 days, 9 hours, 36 minutes ago )
Alexander Keith%u2019s IPA brewed only in Nova Scotia. (East coast of Canada) It%u2019s a legend here in Canada just maybe a little too much flavor for you bud and miller drinking Americans. Which makes me wonder how you as a nation can take on the entire Middle East and still only manage to produce a beer that tastes like water?

Yuengling Traditional Lager
Submitted By: Guppergoo ( 242 days, 16 hours, 46 minutes ago )
If your are from the PA area you HAVE to be a fan of Yuengling. The lager is to die for, the black & tan is a nice blend of all flavor families, but the porter is my fave. I always fill the car with Yuengling lager and porter when vaction and road trips call.

Big fan myself. A local brew that can be had on tap in the central PA area.

I guess that being from Texas biases my answer, but SHINER BOCH is soooo good. It goes down so smooth and it's just so much better than anything else out there I've had, even Corona and Zigenboch.

Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar. At $5.50/22 oz, it's pricey, but it's the best brown ale money can buy. Perhaps I'll even buy it for them myself. Anyone want to pitch in?

Far and away the most delicious and stupor-inducing beer around, if you don't count Lambic style beers such as Lindeman's (I really like the kriek flavor myself).

Budweiser
Submitted By: reynolpe ( 240 days, 17 hours, 11 minutes ago )

Let's not forget the Kings of Beers.  When all your talk of beer is done nothing says beer like the King.

Brewed by our original all natural process using the Choicest Hops, Rice and Best Barley Malt.

BUDWEISER is exclusively beechwood aged to permit full flavor maturation and natural carbonation of the beer.  The result is the world-renowedtast and superior drinkablity of the King of Beers.

Whoa!

Asahi Super Dry!
Submitted By: anon ( 243 days, 10 hours, 20 minutes ago )
Asahi Super Dry is the way to go. I got addicted when on foreign study in Tokyo and my host brother worked for the company. For Japanese beer, it beats Kirin and Sapporo easily. It's good stuff. (For a more exotic beer, import the "Blue Beer" from Aomori Prefecture. Doesn't taste that great, but heck, it's actually blue...weird.)
