After long physical activities in which you sweat a lot, gatorade would be better because it contains sodium and potassium to help to replenish your electrolites. If you drink pure water, it will dilute the current salts and can cause problems. But for daily drinking, water is the best thing. Remember, 8 glasses a day and your urine should be clear.

Lets pump up chock full of that corporate synthesized mystery goop high fructose corn syrup and some FD&Cs man! Nothing gets my liver wheezin more than that! Not to mention water is about 100 times cheaper (if you bring your own)
