Is there a difference between the two? I work at papa murphys and I've had a customer complain to me that "canadian bacon" _is not_ the same thing as ham. Is he right?

You can read about miracle fruit on Wikipedia; it makes sour taste sweet.  There's a Japanese product that replicates the effect but is very expensive.  One organic foods company used to sell the berries, but they are now out of business.  I found one company offering affordable dried berries, but I don't trust them after an order failed to arrive.  I'd like to find a reliable supplier for hundreds of servings at $1 or less each.  This is probably not a difficult task, but I am not a member of any wholesale site or in contact with anyone who knows about this sort of thing.
