there is a contest on flying pig that I want to win.

There was a toy in the 80's with cars. There was a good side (white) and a bad side (black). Underneath the cars were a place to put caps (those things that pop), and when you crash the cars together they would pop. There was also a "base" for each side that you could launch the cars from. Been trying to figure this one out for years but no one seems to remember it ...

I'll give you a couple hints:
It's the mean looking freckle-faced boy.
