I am planning on buliding a comptuer for myself. I will be using for mostly games such as the Sims 2 and Oblivion. I know your going to say 'get the highest on the market' trouble is, i'm not made of money. :) What would be logical within a budget of $5,000? I'm talking a new everything. This used book store here has a bunch of copies, but I'd like to get one that still contains the Hot Coffee content.  Are there any markings on the package that would indicate which version it is?

I need too know where should i buy my xbox mod chip ,so i dont get riped off ,and what mod chip should i but(i really just want it too be easy to intall and play games that i have burned on a dvd (thats it)... any help or reviews of mod chips that were good  would be  great.
